Dear SCS Families,
2019 is now in full swing and the students and staff at SCS are working hard to make this year a success. As parents and guardians of these amazing young people, and in support of the dedicated SCS Staff, it’s our turn to “GIVE BACK”!
SCS is very fortunate to have MANY active classes and school clubs that create their own fundraising projects during the year to support their numerous activities. Out of respect, SCS PTSA strives to avoid competing with these groups with our own fundraising activities.
Fundraising can be a challenge when your student is asked to sell products that require time consuming forms, solicitation, pick up and delivery. SCS has chosen not to burden busy families with complicated fundraising campaigns.
Instead, we host the Gryphon Give-back, our annual “un-fundraiser,” asking SCS families for a one-time donation to the SCS PTSA. Funds collected will exclusively support important SCS missions, such as: Student Events, Classroom Supplies, Staff Hospitality, and other SCS Activities.
Please consider a one time, tax deductible donation to the SCS PTSA, in ANY amount! A suggested donation amount is $10.00. Cash, money orders or cashier’s checks are welcome. You can donate online at https://squareup.com/store/scs-ptsa or complete the bottom section of the form found HERE and send it in to your student’s homeroom teacher by Friday, March 15, 2019.
